The healing sessions is a sacred space designed to support people in accessing healing and help them release what weighs them down.
Our sessions and conversations center the lived experiences of participants and create space for honesty, vulnerability, collective wisdom and healing.
All conversations are guided by the principles of consent, confidentiality, and anti-oppressive practices. We honor the mind by intentionally valuing all thoughts, ideas, and ways of thinking and learning. We honor the body by respecting all bodies, their ways of moving, and their capacity. Before any physical contact, we ask participants to seek consent and honor boundaries. We treat all stories, histories, and spiritual practices as sacred.
We recognize the courage it takes to show up in a group setting, especially for a healing session. We also understand the impacts of colonialism and trauma in our communities, and we hold this space with great care. No one is pressured to disclose anything that feels uncomfortable.
Monthly Healing Session Fee: $50 (Sliding Scale available)

Our healing sessions are inclusive for all diverse communities, groups, individuals, and organizations. We offer healing sessions at events, schools and gatherings at a fair cost that fits your budget. We also host monthly healing sessions for people seeking ongoing communal healing.
The Online mental health support group is focused on provide culturally appropriate mental health support for individuals seeking communal healing. Honouring and reminding participants their ability to heal. Together, we create a safe and culturally responsive space to explore life transitions.

At Katiiti Inclusive Wellness, we recognize the impact of mental illness on our everyday lives and how it can influence our actions, decisions, social engagement, and communication. Mental health affects each of us differently and has the potential for negative connotations to suffocate those suffering and struggling with finding themselves. We acknowledge that mental health can be fragile for everyone, with even minor issues capable of causing serious mental distress.

This is a solution-focused group rooted in intention and practical support. You will leave with tangible tools and resources to help manage life stressors and respond to challenges with greater clarity, steadiness, at your set pace with gratitude and care.

Who will lead the conversations?
This is a communal healing space—participants lead through their sharing, their presence, and through interacting with and witnessing one another.
We invite participants to set clear intentions 30 minutes before the healing session. Create a quiet space with fewer distractions and make sure you feel physically and mentally comfortable.
*Wear comfortable clothing.
*Have a glass of water nearby to stay hydrated.
*Please avoid alcohol and drugs for 12 hours before the session.
For mental preparation, disconnect from screens, arrive present, and journal your thoughts.
